DO NOT DELETE TALENTLINK USERS

Although the option to “delete” users is available, we ask that you do not use this for audit purposes. When you delete a user this removes them from the entire system, meaning any action on any job or candidate history will not be traced back to the user.

Instead we ask you to “x” users and disable their accounts.




1. Under the heading “USER DATA AND PREFERENCES” select the highlighted text “disable user


2. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm:

3. The page will refresh, then we ask you to add an “x” to the:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address


4. Scroll to the bottom and “Save


5. Go to "LOG IN DETAILS" and add an "x" to the front of the login, then "Save".
