If you are having persistent log in issues, there are a few things you can try.

  • Please ensure your browser is up to date (internet explorer is no longer supported as it was replaced with Edge)

  • Try logging in via another browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox etc) or a private/incognito tab.

  • You should also confirm your email/login with you’re the HR team that initially set up your account. Your email address may have changed but this might not be reflected within your Talentlink account details as this change may have not been passed onto the myjobscotland team that maintains the accounts.

  • Check that the browsers auto complete/fill feature is not entering incorrect details that are save on the system. This can be disabled in the browser settings. Guides for each browser can be found towards the bottom of this guide.

Guides to disabling autofill

The company field should be entered as CoSLA (lower case ‘o’ the rest capitals) This is the same for the password reset request. You will be unable to request a password reset unless you have set your security question. (See above on how to do this)
