If you require to download all document following completion of recruitment for the candidate file, there is an easy way to do this as one PDF.
- Go to the candidate within the job so that you are viewing the completed selection process.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner
- Select "Candidate Pack"
- Check/uncheck all documents to include
- DO NOT "Save in Candidate File" - this would then be visible to the candidate on their myjobscotland account
- Proceed
- A PDF will generate
- Click the download icon to download onto your computer
