First step is to check whether the candidate already has a TalentLink account.


NO – Go to step 1.1.

 

YES – Go to Step 1.2.

 

 

1.1. Create Candidate Account and link to job:-

 

 

 

  1. Within the Generic Dashboard click on the “New Candidate” button
  2. Complete the information as required
  3. Sourcing medium is paper
  4. Link candidate to requisition searching using the job number
  5. Then “Create”

 

 

1.2. Where the candidate has an account:-

 

  1. Go to candidate, triple check this is the same person!! (Personal details match)
  2. In the top right you may have a “Link to Job” button, otherwise, click the three dots and find “Link to Job” in the list:

  1. Search and select the job in the job field: 

  1. Proceed

 

 

2. Upload the Application

  1. Scroll to “Documents” and click “Add Document”

  1. Select the file from your computer
  2. Give the document a suitable name
  3. Select the job from the “Application Context”
  4. Save

 

3. Add diversity questionnaire (if it has been provided):-

 

  1. Go to “See all Documents”
  2. Click “Create a Diversity Document”
  3. Select your current Diversity questionnaire
  4. Enter information as per candidate’s form
  5. Click save
  6. Click the checkbox beside the completed document in the full document list
  7. Click the three dots in the top right and select “Edit Properties”
  8. Assign the job requisition to the application context
  9. Save
