Password resets for your talentlink account should in the first instance be self served here 


You'll be asked to enter the company name, email linked to your account and complete a recaptcha request. An example of how this should be entered is below;


Click SUBMIT you'll be given a confirmation pop up;


Note the company name is case sensitive and should be entered as CoSLA not your own organisation. If you've updated your email address this may not be reflected on your Talentlink account, if you do not receive a password reset email within 5 minutes Contact your Recruitment/HR team.


The password reset email will come from no-reply@lumesse.com - please make sure to check your Junk/Spam folders.



You'll then be asked to answer your security question, if you dont think you've previously entered this against your account then please contact your Recruitment/HR Team.


Once logged in it is recommended that for future password resets users update their security response by again clicking on their initial and selecting 'Change Security Question'.
